The vast majority of Tanzania’s elephant herds live in one remote stretch of safari wilderness – the Selous Game Reserve. A feature of this Safari is the opportunity to participate in classic style game drives as well as boat and walking Safaris.
You will depart from Dar es Salaam city centre in a 4x4 Safari vehicle to the Selous Game Reserve. Enjoy a late lunch at the Rufiji River Camp. Embark on an afternoon game drive in the reserve, and then return to Rufiji River Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
